TOURIST VISA

Effective 1 July 2019, Turkey cases will be submitted only by prior appointment. For booking appointment slots, kindly email on turkeyinwestindia@vfshelpline.com or call on 022-67866029. Once the appointment is secured, Pax will have to fill the form online and upload documents like air tickets, visa form, photo, income proof, invitation, hotel confirmation & other supportive documents.

Once the above is done, download the visa form and sign on it and send it to us for physical submission at the consulate with pre allocated date and time. For more information please visit the site https://www.konsolosluk.gov.tr

• Passport valid for 6 months from the date of application with 2 empty pages.

• 1 visa form, printed back to back and signed by the applicant

• 2 recent photographs, 2.5 inch X 2.5 inch in size, both ears clearly visible, white background with glossy or semi matt finish, 80% face covered, white background, 50x50 in size. It should not be more than 3 months old and the same photo should not have been used in any previous visa.

• covering letter in original ( if the person is employed or self employed) with company's stamp on it, mentioning the designation, period of work, salary per month, and holiday entitlement/ leave sanction of the travelling person. The letter has to include employers full name, address, telephone numbers and has to be signed by the authorized official with his name and designation. This letter should be addressed to the Consulate General of Turkey, Mumbai.

• separate covering letter for spouse as well. If spouse is a home maker then covering letter on plain paper is a must.

• If pax is a businessman in India, then Recommendation letter from the chamber of commerce or Indian Company's Registration papers, All in ORIGINAL PLUS 1 set of photocopy of the same should be Notarized and Registered by the Home Department of the respective state. GST Certificate copy attested is a must.

• If pax is on salary in India, and if he mentions that he will bear all his expenses on his covering letter, then Salary slip for the last 3 months and Leave Letter from his company. But if he mentions that his company will bear his expenses for his trip to Turkey, then Salary slip for the last 3 months, Leave Letter from his company, PLUS his company's Recommendation letter from the chamber of commerce or Indian Company's Registration papers, All in ORIGINAL PLUS 1 set of photocopy of the same should be Notarized and Registered by the Home Department of the respective state.

• If the applicant is retired, then Original Retirement document, income proof ( if any) pension proof, income from rent, last 3 months personal bank statement in original or copies attested by the bank.

• If the applicant is visiting a Turkish citizen/foreigner residing in Turkey; invitation letter including passport number and full name of the applicant and copy of the identity card and bank account of the inviter.

• If not shown in passport Marriage Certificate of the Couple issued by the marriage registrar / Affidavit required attested by Notary Public

• Minors need consent letter from both parents in all cases (even though minor is travelling with both parents). The consent NOC must be on stamp paper with photos of parents and applicant and notarized

• If the applicant will visit a Turkish citizen/foreigner residing in Turkey, invitation letter including the name/passport no.of the invitees and duration/purpose of stay;
  - Copy of ID/passport of the inviting person; permanent address and contact no.of the inviting person

• Day to Day itinerary on agents letterhead and hotel confirmation covering the entire duration of stay

• Original bank statement for the last 3 months ( company & personal) with closing balance of Rs. 150,000/- per person. If 2 pax are travelling then the closing balance in the bank should be Rs. 300,000/- and so on. If bank gives online or e statement then the same should bear the Original seal of the bank with name and designation of the person signing.

• Income tax returns for last 3 years ( personal and company)

• Confirmed return air tickets

• Overseas mediclaim insurance covering the entire duration of stay with a plan that should cover the insured for minimum 30000 Euro.

Proof of profession & financial means
If Employed/Self-Employed:
-Leave/cover letter from employer/company with letterhead, signature, seal/stamp.
-Last 3 months’ salary slips with letterhead, signature, seal/stamp
-Last 3 months’ personal bank statement (original or copies attested by bank)
If Employer:
-Company registration documents. Original notary and Mantralaya/MEA attestation needs to be done for each applicant.
-Last 3 months’ company bank statement (original or copies attested by bank)
If Retired:
-Retirement documents & income proof (original or copies attested)
-Last 3 month's personal bank statement (original or copies attested by bank)
If Proprietor/Partner/Director:
-Applicant needs to provide proof in which applicant/company name should be mentioned. Original notary and Mantralaya/MEA attestation needs to be done for each applicant.
-Last 3 month's personal bank statement (original or copies attested by bank)
If Student:
-Letter from the school/university & ID copy
-Last 3 months' personal bank statement (original or copies attested by bank)
If Freelancer:
-Contract documents & leave/cover letter as applicable
-Last 3 months’ personal bank statement (original or copies attested by bank)
If the applicant is financially supported:
-Letter from the sponsor and last 3 months' personal bank statement of the sponsor (original or copies attested by bank)
If applying for dependent visa:
-Passport copy of the person in Turkey.
-Permanent residence/work permit copy of the person in Turkey as applicable.
-Address proof of the person in Turkey
-Last 3 months' bank statement of the person in Turkey.
-Last 3 months' bank statement of the applicant (not applicable for spouses and children)

BUSINESS VISA

• Original Passport
  

  - Passport must be valid for at least 6 months as from the date of arrival in Turkey.
  - Passport should have at least 2 blank pages available.
  - 1 photocopy of passport’s first and last page.
  - For passports which were not issued in the jurisdiction areas of the Consulate General in Mumbai, local address proof must be submitted. (Only registered leave and license agreement copy or registered agreement copy)

• Visa Application Form

  Printed back to back and signed by the applicant.

• Biometric Photos

• - Two bio metric photos with white background that were taken within the last 6 months.depicting the full face including ears and all hair, clearly and completely visible without shadow, in 2.5 inch x 2.5 inch size.

• Cover letter and registration letter

  - Cover letter by the employer/company of the applicant mentioning the purpose and duration of stay, accompanying persons if any, etc. with a pledge for covering expenses of the trip and for taking responsibility.
  - Registration letter from relevant chamber of commerce. (Copy must be attested by Mantralaya or MEA and notarized.)

• Invitation letter

  - Invitation letter including the name/passport no.of the invitees and duration/purpose of stay; permanent address and contact no. of the inviting person/company (with company tax number, letterhead, signature, seal/stamp) with a pledge for covering expenses of the trip and for taking responsibility.

• Round trip flight ticket or confirmed reservation

• Travel Health Insurance
  

  It should fulfill the below requirements:
  I. Medical Evacuation and repatriation expenses
  II. Personal accidental death
  III. Personal liability
  IV. Daily allowance in hospitalization cases
  V. This plan should cover the insured for a minimum of Euro 30000.
  The travel insurance should cover the duration of stay in Turkey.

• Original Authorization Letter
  It is required from the applicant and travel agent in case application is submitted by a representative or travel agent.

• Additional documents :
  E-visa copy and passport copy of those who will travel with the applicant should be submitted as applicable.

The letter should state company's full name, address, telephone number and has to be signed and stamped by the authorised official and has to contain the following.

• € The exact duration, place and purpose of trip

  €- The full list of the employees/partners/dealers with their names, passport numbers and their position in the company. Each page of the list should be on original letterhead and should be signed and stamped by the authorised official

• Original bank statement for the last 3 months with closing balance of Rs. 125,000/- per person. If 2 pax are travelling then the closing balance in the bank should be Rs. 250,000/- and so on.and copy of salary slips or form 16 for each applicant even if the tour is sponsored by the company.

• Confirmation letter by the travel agent/ hotel in Turkey containing the details of itinerary, hotel reservation and passenger list.

  Below are the requirements for applying online visa.

• Passport clear copies front, back, valid visa copies and observation page copies; if any. Passport should be valid for another 6 months from the date of return

  Please note that e-visa is only valid when the purpose of travel is tourism or commerce. Other purposes, such as work and study, require regular visa given by Consulate.
