Covering Letter on letter head explaining purpose of visit, duration of Stay and detailed travel itinerary along with designation of the person travelling.

A letter certifying that you have been given leave from your job/studies during the period you intend to visit Sweden.

Personal bank statement for last 6 months with account number to be visible on each and every page of the statement, Salary Slip for last 3 months in Original & income tax challan for last 3 years in photocopy.

Foreign exchange endorsement on the passport with original purchase receipt or Credit card copy along with the statement of credit limit.

Overseas medical insurance ( only selected insurance company as per the list given below) with minimum Euro 30000 with the inclusion of a repatriation flight

Confirmed return air tickets

For Minor children (application should be signed by both the parents) "Affidavit" attested by the home department needs to be submitted.

Proof of Hotel reservation or Original Sponsorship letter from the Sponsor in Sweden.

Registration certificate & Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Indian company (in case of Pvt Ltd firm), partnership deed (in case of parnership firm), Company registration papers/ license (in case of individual ownership)

Letter from the Indian Company explaining

a) Purpose of visit

b) Professional status of the applicant

c) Details regarding activities and business relation with Swedish company.

Company’s bank statement for last 6months with account number to be visible on each and every page of the statement,

Invitation fax from the Swedish company & signed by the authorized signatory and mentioning name of the applicant invited, purpose of visit, duration of visit and dates of visit.

Income tax papers for last 3 years

Foreign exchange endorsement on the passport with original purchase receipt or Credit card copy along with the statement of credit limit.
