Covering letter on business/job letterhead, explaining the reason of travel with name & designation of the signatory and company stamp on it.

A) Invitation fax from Philippines along with a copy of their SEC Registration certificate (1st page) OR

Visa Free Entry:
Philippine Immigration Memorandum circular dated 16 Mar 2015 grants visa-free entry to the Philippines to Indian Nationals who wish to travel for tourism purpose provided that they possess valid and current American, Japanese, Australian, Canadian, Schengen, Singapore or United Kingdom visa or if they have a permanent residence permit.
The visa free entry privilege provides an initial stay of 14 days which may be extended by additional 7 days for a maximum over 21days stay. It cannot be converted to another visa category.
Indian nationals who wish to avail of the facility must have passport valid for atleast 6 months beyond the contemplated stay, return or onwards confirmed tickets to the next country of destination and have no derogatory record with the Bureau of Immigration.
Furthermore, the visa free entry may be availed at any port of entry (major international airports and secondary international hubs(SIHs) as well as in seaports by passengers on board cruise ships/vessels.
