TOURIST VISA

• Passport valid for 6 months from the date of travel

• 1 Form ( Visa form should be printed back to back and signature half on the visa form and half on the photo; BLUE pen only)

• 1 Photo, white background, 35 x 45 mm in size, signed on the front side

• Air tickets

• Foreign Exchange (USD 500) endorsed on the passport or copy of international credit card and the original for verification, if needed.

• Hotel confirmation with payment receipt

• Copy of last 2 years income tax returns and 6 months bank statements. If salaried, then salary slip for last 3 months with company stamp.

• Covering letter on business/job letterhead, explaining the reason of travel with name & designation of the signatory and company stamp on it.

FAMILY VISA

• Passport valid for 6 months from the date of travel

• 1 Form

• 1 Photo, white background, 35 x 45 mm in size, signed on the front side

• Air tickets

• Covering letter on business/job letterhead, explaining the reason of travel with name & designation of the signatory and company stamp on it.

• Foreign Exchange (USD 500) endorsed on the passport or copy of international credit card and the original for verification, if needed.

• Copy of last 2 years income tax returns and 6 months bank statements.

PLUS

A) Invitation fax from Philippines along with a copy of their SEC Registration certificate (1st page) OR

B) A letter of introduction of a Government entity in India (AS PER THE LIST GIVEN BELOW) OR

C) A letter of introduction by recognized chamber of commerce in India. ( AS PER THE LIST GIVEN BELOW)

Visa Free Entry:

Philippine Immigration Memorandum circular dated 16 Mar 2015 grants visa-free entry to the Philippines to Indian Nationals who wish to travel for tourism purpose provided that they possess valid and current American, Japanese, Australian, Canadian, Schengen, Singapore or United Kingdom visa or if they have a permanent residence permit.

The visa free entry privilege provides an initial stay of 14 days which may be extended by additional 7 days for a maximum over 21days stay. It cannot be converted to another visa category.

Indian nationals who wish to avail of the facility must have passport valid for atleast 6 months beyond the contemplated stay, return or onwards confirmed tickets to the next country of destination and have no derogatory record with the Bureau of Immigration.

Furthermore, the visa free entry may be availed at any port of entry (major international airports and secondary international hubs(SIHs) as well as in seaports by passengers on board cruise ships/vessels.
