For minors, written consent signed by both the parents & legalized as well as their signatures on the visa form and their passport copies should be included with the application. For minors travelling with only 1 parent, an original letter of consent from the other parent and legalized.

Covering letter/ official introduction letter from the Indian Company explaining the reason of travel with name & designation of the signatory, name and designation of the person who is travelling, exact date of entry and exit in Norway and the guarantee of return.

Invitation letter from Norwegian company on official company letterhead, stating the purpose, duration and itinerary for the whole stay in Schengen area. Inviation letter should include information regarding who will bear the travel and living costs.

Memorandum of Association/ Balance sheets of the Indian Company in Original and 1 photocopy

Proof of income i.e. last 3 years I-T Challan or TDS Certificate
