2 Photos (with name written at the back)

Covering letter explaining the reason of travel with name & designation of the signatory (On A4 size paper only. No other size accepted)

Proof of income i.e. last 3 years I-T Challan or TDS Certificate, either of one, but duly Notarized (On A4 size paper only. No other size accepted)

Latest 6 months bank statement in Original. In case of photocopy, the same has to be Notorized. In case of couple, its advisable to keep atleast 2 lac as closing balance. (On A4 size paper only. No other size accepted. Pax will have to get the bank passbook photocopied, then bank original stamp with Manager sign on it)

Salary Certificate (On A4 size paper only. No other size accepted)

Current and previous passports all pages photocopy to be attached with the application (On A4 size paper only. No other size accepted)
