CANADA

TOURIST VISA

• Passport valid for 6 months from the date of travel

• 1 Visa form (To be filled online) + 1 family information form + 1 consent form per applicant

• 2 photos write the name and birth date on the back (Please see the requirement box below)

• Covering letter explaining the reason of travel with name and designation of the signatory
  If you are employed:
  A signed original letter on company letterhead from your employer granting leave of absence. This letter must include the following information
  Your name and position; Your current salary; Your date of hire; Your employer's name, address and telephone numbers.

• If you are retired:
  A retirement certificate indicating amount of your pension.

• If you are a student travelling outside of your school holidays:
  An Original letter from your school confirming that you are enrolled and in good standing and that the school has approved your absence.

• Proof of funds like copy of last 2 years Income tax returns, bank statement for last 6 months, copy of bank FDR's and any other evidence of your assets in India.

• Proof of previous travel (Previous passports)

• 2 print outs of the Bar Code which is printed along with the visa form

• Authority letter duly signed by the pax authorizing Crest Concord Tours & Travels P Ltd to collect the passport on their behalf.

• Minors travelling alone or with person other than their parents or legal guardians should have a letter of authorisation signed by both parents and legal guardians. It should also include the name of the adult who will be responsible for the children in Canada.

• Minors travelling with only one parent or legal guardian should have a letter of authorisation from the non accompanying parent or guardian. A copy of the page of the passport or other government -issued identification document showing the name, photo and signature of each non-accompanying parent should be submitted with the application. These documents should be available for presentation at the Canadian port of entry.

Bio Metrics Compulsory for all type of visa. The same would be valid for the next 10 years.

BUSINESS VISA

• Passport valid for 6 months from the date of travel

• Proof of funds like copy of last 3 years Income tax returns, bank statement for last 6 months, copy of bank FDR's etc

• Invitation letter must come from the party in Canada with whom you will conduct direct business. This letter must include:
  The company name;
  Full name of the inviter and title;
  Business address, e mail, website address, telephone and fax numbers;
  A brief summary of the reasons for the invitation including
  Details of the business activities;
  Duration of trip;
  Statement specifying who will be responsible for all expenses related to the trip

• Letter from your employer confirming;
  Your employment and title;
  The purpose of your trip;
  Full name of the company;
  Company contact, address, telephone and fax numbers;
  Proof of business activities between the Canadian company and the applicant in the form of business correspondence, contract between 2 companies, copy of bills and invoices for any past business records.

• If you are attending a trade show or other business conference
  A letter fro the conference organizer confirming your registration

• Letter from your employer, confirming
  Your employment and title;
  The purpose of your trip;
  Who is covering the expenses;
  Full name of the company;
  Company contact, address, telephone and e mail

• 2 print outs of the Bar Code which is printed along with the visa form

FAMILY VISA

VISITING FAMILY AND FRIENDS:

• If you are employed:
  A signed original letter on company letterhead from your employer granting leave of absence. The letter must include the following information.
  Your name and position; Your current salary; Your date of hire; Your employer's name, address and telephone numbers.

• If you are retired:
  A retirement certificate indicating amount of your pension.

• If you are a student travelling outside of your school holidays:
  An Original letter from your school confirming that you are enrolled and in good standing and that the school has approved your absence.

• Information on the inviter in Canada
  Letter of invitation from the inviter indicating the purpose and duration of the visit;
  A list showing the number of people in the inviter's household;
  A copy of the inviter's immigration status or citizenship documents;
  Proof of inviter's income and financial situation including but not limited to Notice of Assessments (NOA), employment letters, pay stubs, bank statements;
  If the inviter is a student, a letter of acceptance or good standing from the school;
  If visiting family, proof of relationship with the inviter in Canada (examples- copy of birth certificate, copy of marriage certificate, etc.

SUPER VISA

If you are visiting children or grandchildren who are citizens or permanent residents of Canada for an extended stay of upto 2 years. This visa is valid for up to 10 years and will let you visit your family in Canada for up to two years without renewing your status.

To apply for the parent and grandparent super visa, you must:

• Be the parent or grandparent of a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada,

• Be allowed to enter Canada and Meet certain other conditions.
  Note: You cannot include dependants in this application. Only your spouse or common-law partner can come with you under this visa.

Visa officers consider several things before they decide if you can come to Canada. You must be a real visitor to Canada who will leave by choice at the end of your visit. A visa officer will look at these things when you apply:

• Your ties to your home country,

• The purpose of your visit,

• Your family and finances,

• The overall economic and political stability of your home country, and

• An invitation from a Canadian host.

You must also:

• Prove that your child or grandchild in Canada meets a minimum income threshold,

• Provide a written statement from that child or grandchild that he or she will give you financial support,

• Have valid Canadian medical insurance coverage for at least one year and

• Have an immigration medical exam.

SUPER VISA

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:

• 1 Visa form (to be filled online) + 1 family information form + 1 consent form per applicant

• 2 photos write the name and birth date on the back (Please see the requirement box below)

• Covering letter explaining the reason of travel with name and designation of the signatory

• Letter from employer confirming salary and length of employment or employment contract, leave granting letter from the employer, salary statements, business licenses or registration papers

• Proof of funds like copy of last 2 years Income tax returns, bank statement for last 6 months, copy of bank FDR's and any asset holding proof

• Copy of the birth certificate of your host

• Copy of the matriculation certificate or copy of fifth class certificate of your host or

• A copy of the interior back cover page of the inviters Indian passport showing the inviters parents

• Authority letter duly signed by the pax authorising Crest Concord Tours & Travels P Ltd to collect the passport on their behalf.

  From the Inviter

• A written and signed invitation letter promising financial support for the duration of your visit

• A list showing the number of people in the inviters household, their name, date of birth and relationship to the inviter

• A copy of the inviters citizenship or immigration status document ( e.g. passport or permanent Resident Card- both sides)

• Proof of inviters ability to provide financial support in the form of independent, third-party documentation from a Canadian souirce which is reliable or easily verifiable. For example, but not limited to Canada Revenue Agency Notice of Assessments (NOA) for the last 3 tax years and

• Other proof of income for the 12 months preceding the application such as T4 slips, employment letters showing salary, pay stubs, bank statements, statements of Remuneration paid or financial statements prepared by a licensed professional.

In order to apply for a super visa, in addition to the requirements above, applicants must provide:

Satisfactory evidence of private medical Insurance from a Canadian insurance company, valid for a minimum period ot one year from the date of entry which

• covers the applicant for health care, hospitalization and repatriation,

• provides a minimum of $100.000 coverage. and

• is valid tor each entry to Canada and available for review by the examining officer upon request

Super Visa applicants must also pass an Immigration Medical Examination.

Immigration Medical Examinations for Applicants intending to stay in Canada for six months or more:

if you are otherwise eligible for a visa, you will be asked by the visa office to undertake a medical examination. You may also choose to take an "up-front" immigration medical examination, at your own risk, prior to submitting your visa application. Your nearest Designated Medical Practitioner (DMP) can explain the "up front'. process and conduct the examination. The CIC Website can help You locate Your nearest DMP, You must inform the DMP that you intend to be a visitor to Canada,

You need to carry the following while visiting the Panel Physician

• 5 photos meeting the photo specifications

• Photo Identification

• a photocopy of your passport bio-data page

After completion of your medical examination, the panel physician will provide you with one copy of your medical examination form. Submit this form with your super visa application.

Completion of upfront medicals does not guarantee approval of your application. Do not make any commitment until your visa application has been approved, All cost for the medical examination are payable by the applicant and non-refundable.

After completion of your medical examination, the DMP will provide you with a medical examination form. the original of this form must be submitted together with your visa application.

PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION UNTIL ONE WEEK AFTER YOUR MEDICAL EXAMINATION IS COMPLETED.
