Covering letter on office/business letterhead with name and designation of the signatory and that of the person travelling.
Salary slip for the last 3 months
Photo copy of pages of passport having details particulars.
Filled up two (02) visa application forms
For employment & student Visas 03 sets of applications are required
Invitation and covering letters are required preferably the original or fax copy ( in case of family visit)
Copy of Indian valid visa is required to be enclosed with the application of foreign national(other than Indian)
Hotel confirmation
confirmed return air tickets
3 months bank statement
