ABOUT SIKKIM:

Sikkim, located in the north-eastern region of India, is a small state with a big heart. Travelling across this Himalayan state is particularly highlighted by the dramatic contouring of the scenery from thick woodlands to colourful meadows to few barren patches to the panoramic views of the snowcapped mountains.

DAY 1: BAGDOGRA - GANGTOK

Arrive at Bagdogra Airport / NJP railway station – Gangtok; further proceed towards your booked hotel in Gangtok. Check in at hotel, rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight in Gangtok.

DAY 2: TSOMGO LAKE TOUR – NATHULA PASS TOUR

After heavy breakfast start a tour to Tsomgo Lake. Visit to legendary Baba Mandir & Nathula pass. Overnight stay at Gangtok.

[Visit to NATHULA PASS depends upon permit availability on additional cost of Rs. 3,000/- per vehicle for permit]

DAY 3: GANGTOK LOCAL SIGHTSEEING

Morning go for full day sightseeing covering Rumtek monastery, Bhanjhakri waterfalls, Ropeway, Do-Drul Chorten, Namgyal Institute of Tibetology, Directorate of Handicraft & Handloom & Flower Show. Overnight stay at Gangtok.

DAY 4: GANGTOK – PELLING

After breakfast, check out and get transferred to Pelling. Overnight stay at Pelling.

DAY 5: PELLING CITY TOUR

After breakfast start for full day sightseeing visit Darap Village, Rimbi Water Falls, Kanchenjunga falls, Khecheopalri Lake. Back to hotel for lunch. After lunch visit Pemayangtse Monastery, Rabdentse Palace Ruins. Overnight stay at Pelling.

DAY 6: PELLING – KALIMPONG – CITY TOUR

After breakfast, check out and proceed towards your booked hotel in Kalimpong and further for local sightseeing covering Army Golf course, Durpin Monastery, Pine view nursery, Mangal Dham, Delo Hill. Overnight stay in Kalimpong.

DAY 7: KALIMPONG – DARJEELING

After breakfast, check out and drive towards Darjeeling. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

DAY 8: TIGER HILLS AND LOCAL SIGHTSEEINGS

Early morning tour to Tiger Hills . On way back visit Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop. After breakfast go for a half-day sightseeing of various tourist places. Dinner & overnight stay in Darjeeling.
